Standing will be used for a musalai (prayer house) on a rotating basis. No home will host The PPRS for longer than two weeks in one month unless necessary. An appropriate musalai (prayer house) will be procured when the homes can no longer accommodate the ranks. Our purpose is movement, not real estate. Thus resources will not be allotted to purchase an oversized building simply to handle the influx of worshippers that appear only at Ramadan, and Muharram. (MaShal-Llah). Houses, canopied back yards, and store fronts will do until nearly as many men show up daily for fajr that show up for some "special commemoration." Host prayer houses will be chosen according to the man of the house's desire to be included in the circuit, consistence in attending daily salat for three months, and the physical ability of the house to hold the PPRS's ranks. Back yards and front lawns, and parks can also be used for temporary Musalahs, provided there is sufficient shelter in inclement weather. It will be the duty of the selection committee of The P P R S to decide to include a new member as a host house. The Imams of The Salah will be chosen by the current Prayer Leaders, who share the duty of leading prayer on a predetermined rotating basis. The man of the host house may not arbitrarily lead the Salah if he is officially offering his home as a host house. If the Jamat is praying at the home of a guest, he will be invited to lead salat in his home. Muslims who are not regular members of The Prayer Raiser's Jamat, may attend any salat, as long as the host household agrees. Any Public Musalai will be open to any Muslim who observes the manners and etiquettes of good behavior that each Muslim is enjoined to practice towards his brother or sister. Bickering and causing fitnah along racial, national, or sectarian lines will not be tolerated, though healthy discussion is.encouraged and the offender will be barred from attending our prayer gatherings.
