THE QURANIC INSTITUTE OF NORTH AMERICA (The QINA) PROJECT is sponsored by GrassRoots Calling under the auspices of AlMuqeemoonasSalat Wal MuAtinazZakat (The Purifying Prayer Raisers) Society.

The QINA Project's mission is to hire a select group of scholars recruited and contracted to compile a glossary of each word in The Holy Quran; tranlating and defining surah for surah, each word in each verse; ayah fir ayah. This will be the foundation for a bridge between the classical Arabic of The Quran and the English Language.

InShal-Llah, The QINA Project will be the first step in formulating an effective, dynamic, national, grass roots Arabic as a second language program that will rival the ancient program that still exits in The Sudan. InShal-Liah, This will be the very first project that GrassRoots Calling will fund after recruiting, and contracting it's own core staff members.

1. To compile and compose the first verbatim Arabic/English Quranic vocabulary text on earth.

2. To dynamically promote a course of study that fosters a deeper understanding of the Quran's profound universal meaning which is vital for the development of the human spheres of thought and action in this The Dispensation of The Final Prophet (S).

3. To corner the market academically and economically for the school of The Holy Imams, by being the front runners in dynamic dawah programs geared to attract and teach modern English speaking converts, and second and third generation Americanized "immigrants."

4. To produce a series of audio tapes and CDs that will enable the busy mobile Muslim American and Canadian students and workers, to keep up their Quranic Thikr and Fiqr Lessons while driving to and from school and (or) work. Self education is just as, important if not more so, than "formal" schooling.

5. To compose, manufacture and market the first "rhymed reflection" of The Quran in English.

6. To artistically, intelligently, shrewdly, and dynamically market this Quranic Rhymed Reflection to increase the English speaking Muslims' interest in Islam and consequently, promote The Real Source of This Reflection, The Quran in the Arabic Language.

7. To artistically, intelligently, shrewdly, and dynamically market this Quranic Reflection to those tens of thousands of Muslims who will never be interested in studying the Arabic language, and those tens of millions of non-Muslims whose interest would really be peaked if they heard an English rendering of Quranic Concepts which was even more poetic and profound than their bible.

8. To use The QINA Project as a springboard to raise additional funds for projects two through five.

9. To gross 10 million dollars in revenue for further Quranic Projects in the first five years after The QINA Project's first project is completed; for example the translation of. Allamma Majlis' Classic one hundred volume Quranic Commentary, "The Ocean Of Light"

10. To gather and contract scholars, and activists from all over of the English speaking world to compose the core of AlMuqeemonasSalat Wal MuAtinazZakat (The Purifying Prayer Raisers' Society), The Mother Ship of The QINA Project, And GrassRoots Calling.
